Aerosmith Singer Sued Again for Teen Abuse

Clear Facts:

  • Jeanne Bellino is suing Steven Tyler for alleged sexual assault in 1975 when she was 17.
  • The lawsuit claims Tyler assaulted Bellino in a phone booth and later at a hotel bar in New York City.
  • Bellino’s suit follows a similar legal action by Julia Misley, who accused Tyler of sexual abuse during the 1970s.

Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler faces a fresh lawsuit, this time from Jeanne Bellino, who claims the rock star sexually assaulted her in the summer of 1975 when she was just 17 years old.

Bellino, a former child model, detailed two disturbing encounters with Tyler on the same day, seeking redress for what the suit terms as “gender-motivated violence.”

Bellino recounted meeting 27-year-old Tyler after a fashion show in Manhattan. The ensuing walk down Sixth Avenue took a dark turn when, Bellino alleges, a question about a song lyric triggered Tyler to force her into a phone booth.

The lawsuit vividly describes Tyler’s aggressive behavior, “sticking his tongue down her throat” and touching her inappropriately while “humping her pretending to have sex.”

Bellino asserts that she was effectively held captive as Tyler’s entourage stood by, offering no help as onlookers witnessed the assault.

The legal document goes on to claim Tyler, evidently aroused and underdressed, continued his assault until Bellino managed to escape, traumatized. Despite this, she remained with Tyler’s group, dependent on her friend for a ride. Later at the Warwick Hotel, Tyler is alleged to have persisted in his advances, forcibly kissing and grinding against Bellino near the bar.

After refusing Tyler’s invitation to his hotel room, a shaken Bellino confided the day’s ordeal to her sister immediately upon reaching home. The suit details lasting psychological and physical damage from the alleged assault, with Bellino’s need for medication and hospitalization spanning almost half a century since the incident.

This legal challenge follows close on the heels of another lawsuit brought by Julia Misley, who accused Tyler of sexual misconduct when she was a teenager in the 1970s. Misley’s complaint includes the harrowing claim that she was coerced into an abortion after becoming pregnant while under Tyler’s guardianship.

Tyler and his legal representatives have denied Misley’s allegations.

As the rock world reels from these allegations, Tyler is yet to respond to Bellino’s accusations, leaving fans and foes alike awaiting the next move in this unfolding legal drama.

Steven Tyler is 5’1 and 120 pounds when wet (whatever you read otherwise is a lie). He must have recently made some “right wing” comment(s) for the lefties to come after him like Brett Kavanaugh with fictitious nonsense from nearly 50 years ago with no video proof, no legitimate witnesses and nothing ever said prior. Welcome to the Orwellian modern day democratic social republic of states.

I’m sorry but I’m sick of this idiocy!
IF those girls couldn’t and wouldn’t
Report to the police what happened then
It’s way too late to open their mouths now!
Plus, decent parents ALWAYS told their
Daughters not to hang out with rock and
Roll stars and most certainly never go to
      Their room!
I’m thinking these females just want their
15 minutes of fame anyway they can get it

1975 was 48 years ago. Why does this sound like this woman’s retirement plan? There are statue of limitations on stuff like this for a reason. This case should be dismissed.

She probably “bragged” about it to her sister, and thought she was special for having his attention . Yes, men were aggressive back in the 70’s, and the 70’s is when she should have pursued a suit. It was a different world honey.

So 48 years ago you’re alleging something happened. And you’re just getting around to taking legal action? Really now.

The statute of limitations have long expired. The addled lawyers who are bringing this case should be publicly flogged for compound stupidity.

Of course they are going to take a case that likely occurred before they were even a gleam in their Daddy’s eye.

    This is insane.
