Los Angeles Police Officers are currently investigating the car crash involving actor Alan Ruck, known for his role in “Succession.”
The incident occurred on November 1 when Ruck’s Rivian R1T truck collided with a pizza parlor’s building.
Video footage obtained from TMZ shows the truck partially inside and partially outside the restaurant establishment, as the building crumbled around it.
Authorities suspect that the crash may have been caused by a technical issue with the truck’s advanced technology or Ruck’s inability to handle it.
The electric truck is equipped with three all-wheel drive systems, including Dual Motor, Performance Dual-Motor, and Quad-Moto. Depending on the selected setting and driving mode, the truck can accelerate rapidly, as reported by TMZ.
Ruck himself has stated that he has no idea what led to the collision. Witnesses at the scene have also reported that there were no signs of distraction, intoxication, or any other form of impairment on Ruck’s part.
Law enforcement officials have classified the incident as an accident and are no longer investigating Ruck for his handling of the vehicle at the time of the crash. Fortunately, despite the dramatic nature of the collision, there were no injuries reported in connection with the incident.

The stupidity behind electric vehicles is nothing short of educated stupidity. We have been using gas powered vehicles forever and they have been functioning just fine. Leave things alone-there are not enough power grids to accommodate all of this stuff they are pushing down our throats.

Agree w/most everybody on here. The first autos came out in the early 1900’s. THEY have jumped from the Model T’s and Model A’s that traveled about 20 mph, to these monsters, that will fly w/out wings! I have driven the same brand/size, type,engine for the past 20 yrs. I have to get my book out to figure out WHERE my auto speed control went, and still don’t know WHY it went there, from where it was 2 yrs before! But I got a shock, when I attemped to set it! WHAT was the pupose, in changing it from the left side, to the right? Beats me! I guess just to say its the latest model?? Does the same thing, just in the wrong place! And THAT can cause accidents, which is what I suspect happpened here! We NOW KNOW, that we have an unlimited amount of oil, to make gasoline, and it’s more effecient (especially if you have a weeks vacation and have to spend 3 days getting to your destination and 3 back-COULD that be the purpose-part of the Communist Manifesto of 1937, was to destroy the family- no more Christmas’ etc. w/parents/g.ma and g.pa!) Change, does NOT always mean GOOD! It CAN mean “Destruction”! How about, we just go back to horse and buggy days! OH, I forgot-that’s where we are! Takes days to get to a destination, just like the “good old days, of horses and buggys!!Now THAT’S PROGRESS????? I don’t want it, You can have it! (some of you old folks, know what went along w/that little saying! LOL
